Notice to Bidders

Notice is hereby given that the Oelwein City Council will conduct a public hearing on the proposed Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Cost for the Grading Connector Taxiway to Runway 13 End at the Oelwein Municipal Airport at 6:00 P.M. on June 26th, 2017, said hearing to be held in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, in Oelwein. 

The project includes grading for future partial parallel taxiway at the Oelwein Municipal Airport.  Work includes site grading for a 950-foot section of 25-foot wide taxiway, site restoration, seeding and erosion control for approximately 4 acres of area and all other incidental work associated with this project.
