The City of Oelwein is looking for a team oriented, motivated, excellent character individual.  Emphasis on abilities, certifications and experience in plumbing, electrical & electronic control wiring, water & sewage treatment, automotive light & heavy duty truck technician, cement flat work and underground utilities.  Position will work as assigned in operations, repairs, installations and maintenance of wastewater, water treatment, water distribution and sewer line collection systems, city streets and storm sewer.  Requires High School diploma or GED, regular attendance, good work ethic, satisfactory performance and pride in completion of related work.  Must submit to pre-employment physical and pass mandated alcohol and drug testing for acquisition of Iowa CDL.  Position open until filled.  Detailed job description and application available at City Hall, 20 2nd Avenue SW.  Oelwein is an equal opportunity employer.
