Property for Sale

The City of Oelwein has a variety of vacant lots for sale. If you are interested in a property, please submit a letter of interest addressed to Oelwein City Council,  with complete contact information, your offer and intentions for the property and timeline for completion of your project. We currently do not have any homes available for sale.

Please submit this letter to the Community Development Department via regular mail, the drop box in front of the building or via email to buildingadmin@cityofoelwein.org.
