Proposed Property Tax Levy

Per Senate File 634, Code of Iowa Section 384.15A, the Maximum Levy Rate public hearing notice is posted. The hearing will be held on April 8, 2024 at 5:30 PM at Oelwein City Hall. At the hearing, taxpayers and residents may present to the Council their objections to, or arguments in favor of, the tax asking per Code of Iowa Section 384.15A 5(a).
