Rental Inspection Program Adopted

The Oelwein City Council formally adopted the Rental Inspection and Vacant Building programs October 22, 2018.  Landlords and vacant building owners are encouraged to review the Rental Inspection Policy, Rental Inspection Checklist Guide, Rental Fee Schedule and Rental Inspection Checklist.  All rental properties must be registered by March 1, 2019.
