Residential and Commercial Building Demolition

The City of Oelwein is currently accepting bids for the demolition of ten (10) residential buildings and two (2) commercial buildings. All bids must be in a sealed envelope with the vendor’s name and “Oelwein 2022 Residential & Commercial Building Demolition” written on the outside of the envelope.  Bids are due no later than 1 PM Central Standard Time on September 1, 2022, to: City Clerk, City of Oelwein, 20 2nd Ave SW, Oelwein IA 50662. The opening of the bids will be at Oelwein City Hall and follow immediately after the bids are due. For full details please refer to the bid packet.
