Rental Inspection Training for Landlords/Property Managers and Maintenance Staff

There will be a Rental Housing Inspection training session from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, in the Oelwein City Hall Council Room. This training session will provide property owners with information about the program including, but not limited to, common violations, changes in the rental housing code, and allow for feedback from landlords.
