Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Zoning Board of Adjustment makes decisions on special exceptions and variances. All decisions by the Zoning Board of Adjustment are final and do not go to the city council. The Zoning Board of Adjustment meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month, or as needed (*within 10 days after the Planning & Zoning Commission meets). Members serve five-year terms.
